Week 13 - 25/08/04

It is another weigh in, we didn't attend last week cause we were on Holiday's. Didn't walk as much, but any way.

Ttl loss is 14.5kg

On the 30/08/04 I have started walking from Westmead. So now I walk through the Park to work. Wow.

Week 12 - WW 11/08/04 Meeting.

Well it is already another week later.

Both of us have had a good run this week

a 1.2kg loss and now the TTL loss is 14kgs

Kathy has had a good weigh in as well with a 1.2kg loss. Thats great...

Next week we are on Holidays, Away from Wenty, will be down south in Manyana.
No junk food and things should be good.

I have received another BRAVO STAR now that is 8 in total.

WW for the 04/08/04

Well, lets see, Another week has passed. This week was a bit hard cause the Police Service lost a dear Friend on this day. Wednesday.(04/08/04)

I said to Ben at Revolution CD that I will buy the Starlight Express Music If I have another good week.

I come into the Shop Today Friday and search through the CD's and pick out the Starlight Express Music approached the counter and declared Another 1.9kg loss.

I am now down to 97.7KG with a ttl loss of 12.8KG.

A Bravo Star given this week.

I am getting alot of compliments at work and people actually asking me How do I do it.

Eat sensibly, a bit of exercise (Walk). Have Fun with it. (Wally's World) WW.!!!!
